Q. How to operate machine when we get it?
1. You will get on line training service (video conference) with our professional engineer, if you want to operate by yourself.
2. We can send our engineer to your place, it needs 5-10 days, he will install the machine and train the workers how to run the machine well.
Q. How to repair or change when some parts are broken?
1. You have free spare parts in stock, can change or repair easily.
2. We use the famous brand parts (Siemens, Festo, Schneider etc), can get it from your local market.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
It's flexible, we prefer 100% in advance as each payment will cost about USD35 bank charge, also we accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment if cutomer need.
